Community Re-Launches Race, Equity and Justice Action Plan Committee Interest Application Period Until January 31

NEWNAN, Ga., - After receiving correspondence and feedback from several community members about the Race, Equity and Justice Action Plan Committee, project partners have extended the deadline for anyone interested in being considered to Sunday, January 31.
The J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development will be managing and facilitating the project on behalf of several project partners, including the Coweta County School System, Coweta County, the Coweta County Sherriff's Office, District Attorney, Coweta County Solicitor General, City of Newnan, City of Senoia, City of Palmetto, City of Sharpsburg, City of Grantville.
Anyone who has already submitted an application will not need to resubmit if they are still interested in serving on this committee.
